We have define custom entity as an activity entity and also having relation with other Account entity. All the custom entity(define as an activity) records are showing in Activities tab on social pane as mentioned in below screenshot.
We don’t want to show these records over here, Can we prevent this records from the activities tab on social pane?
My name is Andres Guzman and I glad to try to help you.
In this moment, not exist a way to customize the view to select what entities show in the Social Pane.
Verifying information in this community I could find a thread with a request for the developers in CRM to add this configuration.
The thread is the next: community.dynamics.com/.../117615.aspx
You can vote and wait to apply the change if this is selected.
I hope this info can help you.
No filter available for that as of now.
Unfortunately, you cannot apply any filter.
The possibility is just replace it to the subgrid of Activities then you can apply filtered view using subgrid, sorry, not for social pane. The workaround is using subgrid or associated view.
Hope this helps.
