MS-CRM 2013 SP1/UR1 on premisesiPAD 2, 64Mb, iOS 8.1.3
I get this error when I try to initialize the iPad app the first time:
Error occurred during complete refresh of Application/Entity/Attribute metadata. Error Message: Microsoft.Crm.CrmExpection: This field 'data' contains one or more invalid characters.at Microsoft.Crm.BusinessEntities.ValidateExtension.ValidateStringData....
Can you please post a screenshot.
I see that, however, I got the same error under iOS 7, but since the app not officially supports MSCRM 2013 and iOS 8, this obviously is a dead end.
Did you ever find a soltuion to this issue? If so could you please spare a moment to let me know what it is?
No, I found a MS note stating that our version of CRM (2013) in connection with the version of iOS (8+), does not work. Either upgrade CRM or downgrade iOS.
We chose to use another mobile platform.
