Running CRM 2004 and just moved to Outlook 365. Users cannot tag a new email, yet once the email is sent the email is can be tagged. No problem tagging emails in the user's Inbox. The solution of making sure the primary email address is in CRM is not the answer since use all user emails are in CRM. I realize the user can wait untill the email is sent however that is not part of their workflow. Any suggestions is greatly appreciate.
I'm quite confuse with the issue here. I'm not able to figure the issue.
Is the issue with automatic tagging or with the user primary email address ?
Can you elaborate the issue and give more clarity on it ?

Thank you for replying. When a user uses composes a new, sets the regarding with a program name and then tags the email. The user clicks send and the error pops up. When you view the contact there is a primary email address.
