I am having a challenge with some users being able to access the system and some not.

30x Dynamics CRM Professional - User CAL 2013
SBS2011 with Exchange 2010 (14.1 Build 218.15) All clients are running Office 2010 Pro SP2

To resolve this issue simply restart all the CRM Services and reset the iis
Recently we were able to resolve similar error from workflow actions and systems job by re-starting the application server.
