We have a major CRM database with aproximately 2 mil contacts.
We created a marketing list with 25.000 contacts on it, and now we wanted to create a campaign activity with phonecalls on it.
So far so good.
We can distribute the campaign activity, but everytime we do so, the campaign activity roll out fails.

Can anyone tell us what happens?
There a no custom plugins triggered.
Any workflows associated with it ?
Not on create. Only on change.. and they are all async.
Try to disable it and check if possible.
after you wrote me.. I tried...
This time it failed after just rolling 264 phonecalls out of 25.000.
First time it rolled 1343 phonecalls out...
I had a similar issue just now in my CRM 2016 instance. Turned out to be a user rights issue. The user who owned one of the Opportunities in my case didn't actually have any roles yet.

Its an old case... but.. that wasent the answer to it unfortunetly...
The problem was a roll up issue.
