When users try to close Opportunity records from the Dynamics CRM iPad app, they are provided with the Statuses "Won" and "Lost." It looks like this field pulls from the default statecode values on the Opportunity entity.
These Status options on the app are different than the ones used on the web forms and often confuse users.
My question is this: can we modify these values (i.e. rename "Won" to "Close - Successful"), and is it possible to change these values on only one of the Opportunity forms? If not, are there any workarounds to address this issue ? Thanks
