We are able to send email from CRM to a user account, it marks as sent in CRM. But a NDR is generated and sent to the Queue Mailbox.
NDR shows the below message. The issue is reproducible only when the mail is sent from CRM and user is able to receive the mail if the mail is sent from Queue Mailbox using OWA.
The issue is fixed after our Exchange Team has added the missing proxies on the recipient's Mailbox.
Surprisingly this just affected the mails sent from CRM only.
