I am trying to export as excell my contact list. After I click on Export and choose the option I wasnt the button save does not show.
There are several reasons why I think this might be happening. But I would like to ask you first if you can at least see the open button when you click the export to excel option?
Which Browser you are using? I suppose if you are using chrome, the file should have already been saved. If it is Internet explorer, then it asks you to save/save as.
If you are using Internet Explorer, you can also go to Settings > View Downloads to access the option to save or open from there. See the following resource:
Hi Thank you for your response. I am using Chrome. Where does it save my export file. i cant find it.
Click on the button top right with 3 horizontal lines
There is an option in there to view downloads
Thank you Andrew.
It doesnt show there. Any other places I should look for. Very frustrating!
Hi and neither in Internet explorer
1. Click on the 3 horizontal lines on the "Top Right" corner of the Chrome.
2. Select the "Settings".
3. Scroll down and click on the "Show Advanced Settings"
4. Under that scroll down to "Downloads" Section.
5. Copy the Path and paste it in the File Explorer.
6. There search for the Exported Excel file.
