For repeated phone calls to the same prospect related to the same opportunity I just create one phone call activity, then update the notes and the due date after each call, that way I have the whole history of all of my conversations available each time I call them.
We just upgraded from CRM 2011 to 2013. In 2011, we tweaked the form to make the note filed bigger, so you could see several recent notes and then scroll for the rest. In the 2013 Phone Call Form the notes field is tiny -- you can barely see the first note. Is there a way to modify this form to make the notes field bigger?
When I got to customize, I can't seem to figure out how to do it.
double click the section where you have note control and increase the number rows to expand the size of the notes control. Below post shows with screen shot the same
