When I connect my FieldOne emulator to FieldOne I get this message
I am using Windows 8.1
The FieldOne download is FieldOne Mobile Desktop Application 8.1
Is there any log files I can check?
The problem seems to be the mobile app cannot connect to CRM
I have pasted in my CRM online URL
and put in my full user name and password
Anyone have any ideas
Sorry to hear that you are having this issue. Our latest version of the mobile app that is available in the Windows Store resolves this issue. If you do not show an update available, could you please advise which version you are running? In the FieldOne Sky mobile, click the About section and provide the version you are running.
You can also see our other thread discussing this error message along with a quick workaround here: https://community.dynamics.com/crm/f/117/t/184548
mobile access was originally limited to users who had the Mobile access field set to yes. Fieldone are phasing this out as they incorporate fieldone into the main CRM product.
I think there is still a dependency on this code being set to yes.
So you need to add the mobile access (depreciated) field to user form and set the value to yes and it should work.
I blogged about it here
Please go to about and click Page Icon as highlighted in below screenshot
Also you can find both online and sync log in below path of your system as shown in below screenshot
You can also delete MobileCRM folder and try to sync again may it resolve your problem.
Yup. Thank you very much.
