When using the Dynamics CRM mobile app I have noticed that it does not have the "Contacts" page/tab. Is it possible to add a Contacts page so that you can look up your active contacts... if so how would I get ti added?
Thank you for your help!
Please provide a detail information.
1. Share the device information in which Dynamics CRM Mobile App is installed ? CRM org version and update rollups ?
Check if it comes under supportability referring to below link :
2. If the device comes under supportability, please explain if you are expecting Active Contacts Views or is it something else.
3. If its the view, please check the name of dashboard it has rendered. Then navigate to CRM - Settings - Customizations - Customizations - Dashboard - Open the dashboard and select a particular section and add Active Contacts View on the dashboard - Save - Publish.
4. Reconfigure the CRM org in App.
Do let me know if that helps.
