Is it possible to add a marketing list to an already distributed campaign activity and distribute to the new additions?
Once a campaign activity is distributed - you cannot distribute again - you would need to create a new campaign activity and create a marketing list that contains the new targeted recipients.
Hope this answers your question.
Scott is correct that you cannot add a new marketing list to a campaign that has already been distributed,
There are 2 options when Adding a new Marketing List to a Campaign,
-To the Campaign Only
-To the Campaign & All undistributed Campaigns
A Campaign targets an activity to the group of marketing lists that you select for the campaign. If you want to run a campaign activity on a subset of your marketing lists, Or a specific Marketing List you can do so, as well as distribute the activity to certain members instead.
