We are using Dynamics CRM 2011 online- When we are provisioning the user we are facing the below error:
"Business Management Error : You are attempting to create user with a domain logon that does not exist. Select another domain logon and try again"
This is happening for a specific user. When we provision other user from same domain, it was successful. This issue persists for a specific user. Could you please help what would have been the issue.

Hi Ram , I think your crm 2011 online is hosted by a partner and not microsoft?
If so the the admin will have to review the users AD privelidges and account setup
Hi Raz, Thanks for your prompt response. Crm is hosted by microsoft only and its in microsoft network . The user we are trying to add is also a microsoft user. Please let me know if I can catch you over IM
HI Ram, so is the crm 2011 being hosted on Office 365?
Its hosted on IIS Raz. to be clear its a microsoft app and accessed by MS users.
Sorry Ram its quite confusing as Microsoft only hosts on Office 365, it seems like its a Partner Hosted CRM because its on IIS? You would never get this error on Office 365 CRM Online. Either way, its been caused by a domain User setup error, and their AD user account needs to be configured correctly?
