I changed a few of our a users over from Basic to Professional Licenses yesterday to participate in the preview. But I am still not able to change them to a player in FST. Is there a way to refresh this data?
Sometimes it can take a whilst to refresh users, one way to help force the updated user licence is to get a user to try and login to office 365 /crm, this helps to refresh the registered users in your crm instance.

We are looking into why FantasySalesTeam has not been made aware of the license type change in O365. But in the meantime, if you tell us the Player Names and your Account Name, we will manually import them as Players so you can continue with your setup. Thank you.
We are ready to start a test on FST. I did install the FST update and I changed a few more Licenses over to professional. Can you help me get them imported as players? Do you have an email where I can send their names?
It is a known issue that sometimes license changes in O365 don’t transfer properly to the CRM database, and we’re looking into it now. So I am unable to provide time frame on when it will be automatic. I have submitted a ticket to have all the users you have provided manually imported to players page. Therefore, you will be able to place players in game within 2-3 days if not sooner. Thank you.
