I have recently added a marketing list full of new leads imported from a recent Trade Show.
I have now been asked to show how many of these are existing Contacts and how many are new Contacts.
Can anybody suggest a way in which I can complete this task?
All help is greatly appreciated.
If you can turn the leads into new contacts, you should be able to use duplicate rules to see how many are duplicate contacts (and also merge them, if you want to).
