We just started using Fantasy Sales Team. I'm pretty new to CRM but according to the information that I am seeing, FST is supposed to show up on the ribbon. However, it is not. How can I add it? Please let me know. Thanks.

This seems to be when you already have FST showing up in your ribbon. As you can see, mine does not.
Please send me screen shot of solutions page confirming that you have installed FST. After you completed installation, did you register company (input name, email, registration code)?
Are you an admin? You have to be admin in order to view app in ribbon? I am assuming you have refreshed page as well.
Yes. I am a system adminstrrator. I have every admin role. We want our sales force to see it in the Ribbon as well. I've used the Ribbon Workbench to add it to the ribbon and there, the solution isn't being found. (Does not exist)
Please do a hard page refresh - ctrl + f5. If no luck, then provide your contact info so I can contact you directly and schedule time for screen share session.

I just wanted to check in and make sure data is posting correctly. Also, I have inquired about your ribbon customization issue. Since FST is not the only app not being displayed in your ribbon, it is not an FST support issue. Please direct your concerns to standard CRM support for assistance.
