I want to use social platforms like face book, twitter & LinkedIn in Microsoft dynamics CRM 2016 on-premises version.
Can anyone tell me the way?
Microsoft has the Social Insights(http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/p/?LinkID=393642) which will do a lot of what your looking for I believe. I believe your looking for the information on the connector itself and it does work on prem. Please see the documentation here: technet.microsoft.com/.../dn659847.aspx .

How about creating a new post to Facebook or IG and getting the feedback (comment or Like from Facebook) ?
Here is the scenario:-
My company would like to invite our customers to join a wine-tasting event. Instead of sending this invitation via email, I create this event as a campaign in MSCRM and post it to Facebook. Those customers who have "followed" my fans page will be able to see the details of this event. Customers can register by putting a comment in my Facebook fans page. MSCRM can retrieve customer's comment from Facebook and interact with them.
Can Social Engagement for Dynamics CRM delivers the afore-mentioned functionality ?
