My customers are facing some issues in Outlook 2010. They integrate their CRM 4.0 with Outlook 2010.
When they create/view Task from Outlook the Option "View Regarding" is disabled.
I have no idea about that option why we are using. Please help why it is disabled and what is the functionality of that "View Regarding"

Is the Task "set regarding" something? The options are grey because there is nothing for them to complete. If there is nothing regarding then they cannot view it. If the Task is "Track in CRM" there still would be nothing to "view regarding" because set regarding populates a relationship field on the task entity, while Track only creates a matching record in CRM.

What i understand from you is, if he/she didn't make "Set Regarding", then "View Regarding" won't be enabled. Am i right?
Correct. If that is not true, then we have to look somewhere else.
After reinstalled CRM for outlook client, the issue is solved. Thanks for the help
