Currently we are using Scribe Insight for Integration with CRM 2011 whihc seems to be giving me headache...
What other, cost effective and easy to use, tools are available for CRM 2011 for data Integration?

Scribe and KingswaySoft are the two major players in the arena, in addition I have used BizTalk and custom application development.
Maybe a good question here is why is Scribe giving you a headache, I admit it can be quirky at times but overall I have had alot of success over the years.
IMO; Scribe has very unprofessional support team and support manager. I would rather find another product or custom development to do our Integration.
I have to admit I have never experienced that when contacting Scribe support, that being said I have had a lot of success as well with custom applications to integrated with Dynamics CRM.
An issue with production was handled by Scribe as follows; no one from Scribe Support ever contacted, as it was promised, to help with that support call. No response in getting the password fixed, either.
