When I open a contact, on the left side you can see Details, Vertrieb, Service and Marketing.
At Details, you see the Entry 'Firmen' three times... two entries are empty, one is filled with information.
Where I can find this setting?

You can go to setting --> Customizations --> open any solution where "Firemen" entity is available or click on "Customize the system"
Open the Contact form from there and click on "Navigation" button on the Menu bar, then the left side pane will get enabled.
select the "firemen" option which available there and click on "Remove" button available in Menu bar.
save the form. and publish
This will resolve your issue.
