today I finally got my Outlook client for MS Dynamics installed.
I successfully configured the CRM for Outlook client and my CRM organization is correctly displayed in Outlook.
BUT I am not able anymore to send any E-Mail via Outlook. As soon I click on send my Outlook freezes and doesn't react any more.
Any idea how I could fix that?
I also think, I've got a wrong Version installed.
My CRM Server is on Dynamics CRM 2015 (188.8.131.52), while the Outlook Client seems to be on Version 184.108.40.20613 --> please have a look at my screenshot, if I Interpret that correctly.
Could that cause this miss-behaviour?
thx a lot in advance
Problem is caused by another add-in of an IP telephony Software ... If the other add-in is deactivated, the Outlook Client works fine
