I don't seem to have a members section on my marketing lists. Whenever I add members they never appear and I have gone into form editor and try to create lookup fields poitning to leads, accounts and contacts but this doesn't work. Please see a screenshot of my marketing list view.
I have seen multiple videos online and images of marketing lists and it seems that by default there should be a members section in the middle that populates when you add members. Anyone got any ideas why mine looks like this?
The image didn't upload. The screenshot shows that there is no member section on my marketing list view.
You must first create a marketing List ( in which you specify which type of members u want to target account, lead or contact)
Once you save your marketing list then you can add members to it .
Thanks for replying Tushar.
This is where the screenshot would have helped. I create the marketing list but the members section doesn't exist. I can add members but nothing ever populates. Even if you go to the form editor there is nothing related to members. I have access to another CRM and their marketing lists work perfectly. I tried replicating this in form editor but had no joy.
Solution has now been found.
