Apologies if this is a simple question but is there a way to automatically set the CRM mailbox settings for everyone that gets set up as a CRM user? See attached screenshot.
I would like these settings for everyone that gets set up going forward.
In Setting --> Email Configuration, you will see Email Configuration Settings.
There you can specify default setting for mailbox. Those setting will be applied to mailboxes of all newly created users and queues.
Go to settings>>Administration>>System Settings>>Email Tab and set your default settings as shown below:
