I have had CRM Dynamics installed in my laptop for more than one year but I have never tracked any e-mail. Now I need to track everything and I would like to track all the mails from the past.
My questions are:
-Can I track e-mails sent in the past?
-Can I select all the past e-mails from the same sender and track all of them in once?

As I understood you want to see the all emails in CRM, if yes then you can do it easly by using Advanced Find.

Thanks for your help but this is not what I am looking for. Let me put one easy example: I sent and e-mail today without tracking it. Is it possible that I can track this e-mail in the future, for instance, tomorrow. Will I have a CRM number tracking?

Yes, you can select them all then click on Track, first you need to set your personal option to : Track : All email messages on email tab:
