We currently use CRM2013 on Prem, and are in the process of upgrading to CRM2016. Is there an ETA on Voice Of The Customer for on premise?
Dynamics 365 wouldnt suit our requirements, so we need to stick with on premise.
I would also like to get an aswer to this so following :)
As stated by https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics/crm-customer-center/install-the-voice-of-the-customer-for-microsoft-dynamics-365-surveys-preferred-solution.aspx - VOTC is only applicable to CRM Online
At this time it is not available for On Prem
Thanks for the response Scott. We had been speaking to Microsoft direct, who had promised us that as of the most recent update (CRM2016 SP2) it was now included in the On Prem deployment too, surveys at least. Obviously since updating, and taking a more in depth look, we've found it isn't the case.
Not the end of the world, just means that I'll need to develop a Survey Module, as we've looked at the available solutions, and nothing out there at the moment meets our requirements in full.
