I've created a workflow to send an email when a new Project Team Member is added to a Project. In the Email I pull up specific related fields, but aren't directly related to Project Team Member. Client, as seen here, is a Lookup to Contact. I need to pull up the Clients Address in this email.
Is there a way to pull up this information.
try using the other dropdown (where you have project) to first find the client there.. and, then, you will see client fields in the second dropdown (the one you have expanded on the screenshot)
Thank you for your response.
Client won't show up in that drop-down, it isn't directly related to Project team Member.
If need be I can create more fields and have the information mapped over, but I rather not do it that way.
Ah.. got it. Is that "project" you have selected there is a "parent" project for the "current" project? Then yes, you can't go that far
