Recently after I have upgraded the server to 22.214.171.124, I cannot go to next stage of an Process in one of my orders. The other ones are working properly.
This is the error message that I get. Record Is Unavailable

I was hoping someone could help me with this issue.
Refer the following article:
Hope this helps
Thank you for the link but the query returned no data.
I have also deactivated/activated the BPF with no luck.
Can you clear browser cache and try again?
Yes done that too. also tested with other browsers
ok. Please proceed the following steps:
1.deactivate the BPF
2.remove new_bpf_; don't remove GUID
3. Update and Activate again BPF
How can i remove the new_bpf_ because it's grayed out?
Please note the latest record in Orders entity is working properly. the other records don't! Any clue why?
I have found this link stating there is a bug in latest update 8.2.1 which causes BPF to break down.
This SQL script was provided by Microsoft. This script performs the data migration which the updated process failed to accomplish.
I had to run the fourth step only.
