Hi Adxstudio experts,I am in the middle of Customer Portal website development on Adxstudio.
I have created an entity form to Create a case on the portal. I wanted to know how to set an option set value for a field which is set on Save action.
Case Type is also an option set field. When a case is created, user selected value for Case type is populated on the case in the CRM. I want a similar functionality for Product field. Not sure how can I achieve this?Regards,SdDev
If I am able to understand correctly, If you want to simply set the value in product option set field.
You can use below syntax for the same :
For example- $('#productListId').val(2);
Here, productListId is 'Select' Html control Id (can find by doing right click on product field and select Inspect Element) and
value 2 is - Option value of Select control. See below

I got a solution for this. It is to do with enity form metadata on Create case entity form.
So I added a new entity form metadata on my Entity form and set the the value on save.
Worked for me!
