We are facing issue regarding assigning of CRM record to other user.
We have recently upgraded CRM 2015 to update 0.3, but due to some issues we have roll backed upgrade to previous one.
After rollback Assignment of records gets stopped.
Can anybody please help us to understand the issue after rollback ?
Facing the same issue, have you had any luck in fixing the problem?
We are also facing several issues with UR0.3.

Hi, did you ever get this resolved? We are facing the same issue (and several others) after 'upgrading' to update 0.3 and then uninstalling it again....any help would be much appreciated! Aad
I doubt we are the only ones experiencing this issue but I read very little about it here. We recently installed rollup update 0.3 for our CRM 2015 on premise installation and have been having problems ever since. With the help of various articles and our hosting provider we managed to uninstall the update but we were left with one major issue: the inability to assign/change ownership of records. We have system admin permissions, we tried adding the owner field to the form to change the owner of a record without the use of the Assign menu item but the result is always the same: after saving the record, the owner value is reverted to the previous value. Other field values we can changes without problems.
I have found precious little on the topic, I read about missing sync tables which we checked (they are there) so we are still hoping there is someone who can help us with this issue!
