Hi Adxstudio experts,I am in the middle of customer portal development, most popular knowledge base articles section doesn't work on my portal. It is out of the box code and nothing has been changed since I downloaded. I tried to research regarding this but there is no helpful solution or hint. Any idea what might be the issue regarding this?
The Knowledge Base "Most Popular Articles" are based on the Lucene index. Any chance your index got removed? Does any of the other search functionality based on Lucene work for the rest of the site?
Perhaps you can try rebuilding your index by being logged in as an administrator and browsing to the following url:
