We have few workflows which send email notifications on creation of records. From past few weeks we identify that Email taking longer to get send. Sometimes it quicker and sometimes it take 2-30 hours. We don't have too many emails per day, it usually 200 - 500 emails.
I tried to restart Email Router service and CRM Async service but it still not solve issue.
Below are some emails which created on 16th Feb but it get sent on 17th Feb.
you sould contact the exchange server responsable in order to clarify how much email per hour can the server handle. Here you can see that for online exchange it is limited to 30 messages per minutes: technet.microsoft.com/.../exchange-online-limits.aspx
