I have a specific user is having issues searching for certain Accounts in his "All Accounts" View.
I had him search using his advanced find for these accounts while also using the criteria from the "All Accounts" view with success. He was able to find the accounts. However, if he uses his Quick Find bar which is keyed to search for Account Name and Account Number it will not pull up. I've checked to see if he had some sort of filter set, but he doesn't. Since he is the only one with the issue I assume its not a design issue, otherwise other people would be experiencing the same issue.
Another Symptom I noticed is If he selects the bottom filter to select accounts whose name starts with specific letters it will only pull up accounts that do not have any data in the AccountNumber Field.
Has any one ever seen something like this.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I would suspect it's something under Filter Criteria of Quick Find View of Account. But if that's the case, not only one user would have the issue.
Maybe someone else can weigh in.
I have checked what you have mentioned but have found nothing that could cause an issue. I do have another user that is experiencing similar issues. I've reset the user, removed roles and added them back, I even cleared their team list so that the automated process can reenter them in case something went wrong there. Their team list allows them access to accounts that are tied to said team. The team list did repopulate however, still nothing.
