Is there a way to create an advanced find to look compare 2 groups - if in group A but NOT in group B show me those?
Outer join has been added to v9.
On the relationship you can now switch the option to 'does not contain data'.
in CRM4 however, you are out of luck.
I used to do it with the following method (crm2011+):
Create marketing list and add group A.Evaluate your members and remove group B.
What's left is your 'in group A but not in group B'.
Sorry you can not do outer join using fetchxml xml and advanced find in v 4.0.
