I am working on on premise CRM 2013. I am working on Email Configuration settings of Mailboxes in CRM. the mailbox settings are correct and are working as it should be.But I don't understand why the "Incoming Email Status" , "Outgoing Email Status" and "Appointments,Contacts,and Tasks Status" are still Not Run or Failure. CRM is sending Mails correctly but status is not success yet. Has anyone faced this issue.Please guide.
have you click test and enable in mailbox and approve the email in user's record?
For Incoming Email Status and Outgoing Email Status , there should be a log file in the mailbox
For Appointments,Contacts,and Tasks Statu must be set up using server side sync.
yes, I have clicked test and enable mailbox many time every time it is showing the status as "Not Run or Failure".
go into the particular mailbox, and check the alert.
