Our sales team in Spain uses very well the CRM system but it seems that they often come into issues where the OPP takes very long to load on the web application or within outlook.

They are wasting a lot of time waiting for the LOADING icon to either review an email or content of an opp.

Out IT team is looking into possible solution with internet and network connections but wanted to know if anybody else is experiencing this.

We are planning to migrate to 2016 from 2016 later this year and also wanted to know if this could have influence on this?

Any info on this and how to improve performance would be great.
