Our company is looking to upgrade our company laptops from Windows 7 to Windows 10. I'm responsible for MS CRM 2013 On Prem and would like to know if there would be any impact upgrading?
Thanks in advance
CRM works on Windows 10
it will not effect the users as its just a web application that they will use. Majorly it depends on the internet explorer or Edge versions. You can read full blog here :
Internet Explorer 10
Internet Explorer 11
mark my suggestion a verified if helpful.
or to be specific for 2013 :
Yes it works, but it is browser dependent.
IE11 and Edge should work, and should work on Chrome/Firefox as well.
Hope this helps.
