My problem is about Advanced Find in Ms Crm 2015. The advanced find window opens. However when i press the Results button. The message occurs and it says Connection Loss. How can i solve this. Is it about the database MsCrmConfig. Is this about crmticket key,is this aboyt windows updates. etc. etc. The Crm server (app and sql) uses windows server 2012 R12. This problem occur in every view.
Can anyone help me please? This is very serious problem for me and for my company.
Probably some mess happened, could be some sql deadlock or platform execution corrupted with something like erroraneous plugin in RetrieveMultiple.
Raise a ticket with MS to dig further.
