Just wondering if anyone else is suffering with flaky behavior from Voice of the Customer? So far I've seen:
I'm finding it flaky as hell and I'm perplexed that others don't appear to be weighing in here as well.

Does anyone find Voice of the Customer a solid piece of software with no issues???
Seems it's just you and me, Tim... or maybe others just aren't using it?
I've spent quite a bit of time conversing with MS Support on my issues and the support engineer yesterday admitted that mine was the most advanced survey he''d seen. So it would appear that if anyone is using it. it's not really to it's fullest.
As I said to him yesterday I just want it to work as per the documentation!
He said that there is the new 9.1 release due that should fix a lot of things.
I'm working on a proof of concept for our surveys team but already having issues. One of the questions respondents MUST answer is their trading activity - and it appears the number of responses you can add to a single response question isn't enough for their requirements (PoC survey has just over 100 activities to select from and I cannot get it past 40 something). This is for a survey system that absolutely has to work and having read a lot of the comments on this forum I'm thinking of calling it quits already as I don't want to supply a system that continually falls over. Still waiting for my test survey to preview after half an hour... and it's only 4 pages including the welcome and exit :(
Is the new release you refer to out yet and have you found it any better?
Any advice you can offer greatly appreciated.
