Regarding when case is created automatically in CRM and user is getting like below error on daily basis
An error has occurredTry this action again. If the problem continues, check the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Community for solution or contact your organisation’s Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator. Finally you can contact Microsoft Support.
We are helpless to resolve this issue.

Do you get any log file to download. Can you share a screenshot?
You can enable tracing CRM server and check for log files you should get some pointer there, you can also check event viewer if there is anything logged for the same

Download log file it is showing as disabled mode and even user can't able to download the download error log file.
Please help me on this issue and also,let me know where i need to attach the screenshot regarding the same in this forum.
Press F12 for browser developer toolbar, check console for any errors when the repro steps are followed. This could be because of some script errors/issues.
Add debugger/breakpoints to the script file for further debugging.
To upload images, use rich formatting while replying in forum - you will find image icon next to hyperlink chain icon for uploading.
If some of the system required fields like currency is not set this can occur. This may not be required through SDK.

They are unable to send the Error Download Log File and we have asked for several times to the user regarding the same.
