Hi there All.I have Dynamic 2011 on-permise.I have installed exchange server on a separate server, and also Email router services installed on that.
Im almost sure that the Credential and port of the Email router is correct, otherwise how It sends others e-mail?
Also the user of my credential is on most OUs and also the user has full access to the C:\Program Files\Microsoft CRM Email Directory and also Serviec Directory.I have added two new user, But they can not send emails,How ever old users can send email via workflow or direct.Even there is no log in the Email Router Log file.( I have enabled the Log in the config file via this link. )Let explain more, I have set Email router as incoming and outgoing of their profile while adding them to the CRM.Also I have checked "Allow other Microsoft Dynamic CRM users to send e-mail on your behalf", And then come back to the their profile in my administrator panel, and click approve emails in their profile.But these two new users can not send Mail from CRM, how ever they can receive emails from CRM !Outgoing is SMTP and incoming is POP3.As I said the log file does not show anything !What can be the reason?What you suggest Experts?
When you load the data in the Email router, do these users appear?
Did you approve the email addresses of those users in CRM? In addition did you set the Email router as the synchronizing method?

The problem was in the setting of the email router, there was two email routers installed on the servers !
One on the CRM server, another on the exchange Server !
I removed the exchange one, and it works fine now !
