When agent tries to reply Email from CRM when he clicks on the lookup on the From field, the agent should ONLY be able to select in the popup window:
(1) ONLY BU--NOT other BUs--associated with the login user (this is the default selection)
AND from the To field
(2) the login user himself/herself
You can add custom filter to the from & to lookup and restrict as per your requirement.
