in msd crm, is it possible to check the space used by the articles in the knowledege base?
The article content is stored in the same table in content column, so you could consider checking the table size of dbo.KbArticleBase or dbo.KnowledgeArticleBase

No direct way of finding the size of a particular article(s) in Dynamics. As it stores everything in database you can check the size of table however if there are attachments then it will be stored in a different table.
the crm i'm working on has been used for 5 years now. and I discovered they where not using its knowledge base but another KM solution, so I proposed it as a project.
however, I need to know how creating and consulting articles to solve incidents will affect the performance. any idea on how to know it?
