I am using CRM for Outlook 2011 and Outlook 2013 having recently added the CRM for Outlook Add-In on a new machine.. When I try to link an e:mail to a Lead or Opportunity using Set Regarding I am only offered Accounts or Connections in the Look Up Record dialog.
Any suggestions on a remedy would be greatly appreciated.
This might just be a display issue. In some circumstances the dialog to select the record type isn't sixed correctly, and you may need to scroll up to select other entities
Otherwise, and you sure the users have permission (Append To) on the lead and opportunity entities ?
David, thanks for your response. Unfortunately append to permissions are set and the dialog box won"t scroll up or down.
