I have come across wierd scenario: Where User claims that she did not delete the appointment from dynamics.
But when i check the audit logs i see her name in delete event. Appointment she created today and after few hours it disappeared from Dynamics but remains in outlook.
Is there a way to identify this issue in ms 2016 version 9x?
Is there any plugin running on this user in D365?
Yes Lu, There is OnCreate & OnUpdate of Appointment.
This problem is usually caused by the plugin deleting the record, so please check if it is related to the two plugins.
If you temporarily disable both plugins, will the appointments be deleted again?
we have found the solution, in mailbox, we need to put it server side sync, so it can sync automatically.
