When I edit view, can I make some filter that shows me just Contacts form distinct Customer? Some thing like group by in SQL?
You could create view that is only the contacts for a specific customer (defined in the filter). However, you can't do any grouping of data within a view
I don't know if I get it right, but I think you could use this query:You can define the customer in the filter.
<entity name="account" >
<attribute name="name" />
<attribute name="primarycontactid" />
<attribute name="telephone1" />
<attribute name="accountid" />
<condition entityname="Contact" attribute="statuscode" operator="eq" value="1" />
<condition attribute="statuscode" operator="eq" value="1" />
<link-entity name="contact" from="parentcustomerid" to="accountid" alias="Contact" >
<attribute name="contactid" />
<attribute name="fullname" />
You cannot create this with the advanced search in the account entity. But you can upload this via "View Designer" as part of the XrmToolBox.
MickP.S.: Sorry... I tested it by myself. The contact columns like fullname cannot be displayed.
By default, CRM will show you distinct contacts only. If you want to filter specific customer, you can do that too by changing the filter of the view.
If you share your exact requirement, we can help further.
Hope this helps.
