The company I work for Currently utilizes Microsoft Dynamic 365 365 with the version included in Screenshot. While logging in from Web interface. Their sessions will time out after 10-30 seconds. Sometimes this happens when in the middle of working on entering some type of data. Other times they will go to send an email or just be doing other work in word, application etc.. They will get a pop up saying session has timed out and its only been 30 seconds at most!
Have added CRM Snap-in Power shell. The timeouts are set to 10 Minutes as I see it for Web interface login. I know with the newest version the admin can login and set this throught the admin web interface under general. Well in this case I have verified settings are good in ADFS, CRM. SQL and what I know seems to be the accomplish and tokens timing out via the user session??? \
Please please help me Microsoft. Upgrading 4th Quarter is not an option! Maybe next year I can recommend this as we are moving their primary application Azure anyways. We can move to Dynamics CRM TO NEWEST Cloud version next year.
