I have a very funky issue that I spent all day yesterday troubleshooting. I have 2 identical user accounts (as far as I can tell) and one user K is able to see the Partial Billing entity on the Service Activity Screen but A is not able to see it. Thus far, I have done the following to troubleshoot:
1. Verify Security:
a. Checked A and K’s permissions. Exact same teams, ques, and security roles.
b. Logged in as Admin and I see the entity also.
c. Got K to verify that she sees the field also and she does.
a. Looked at form and checked for Enabled Security Roles,
b. Both have the role necessary to see form (screenshot)
3. Customization>Service Activity>Fields
a. Checked field properties to make sure it is displaying (and it is) (Screenshot)
b. Checked if there was Field Security (and its not set). (screenshot)
4. Business Rules - there are no business rules
*NOTE. There is an SDK 3rd party process for Service activity, but I don’t believe there’s any security related.
Have I overlooked anything obvious or offer advice on where to check next?

Is there any Team where th user A not exist and this team has acceess right to entity?
