We are facing the below issue while trying to login to the CRM with any user even Sys ADMIN too. I have checked from the SQL end roles are correct only. Please need ur help on this
Please check user Access Mode it chould be set to Read-Write and the License Type is Full.
I have checked from the database level access mode is read and write for all the users but still we are not able to login with any user into the system.
There must have been certain change before you started seeing this issue.
Was there any customization/code level change over the user entity?
Any deployment level changes?
Test with a sample CRM user account by changing it's password from the AD and see if it allows.
