my crm version is 2015 on premises.
outgoing emails are always failed after certain period of time.
then i go to run "test and enable" , the email services resumed for certain period of time and then suspended again.
I have tried to find log files of them but I cannot find. where are they?
1. What is your Exchange version if Exchange is also on-prem ? Or its Exchange Online
2. Is the issue happening with 1 user or all users ?
3. What version of Outlook client users are using ?
4. When you do Test and Enable , Does the Synchronization work for some time ?
5 What is current status of the Mail Box ? Can you share Mail Box Configuration details ?
Hi Email proccess is Async operation, You can start trace on async server and find some error there.
