I would like to display notes as a chart in CRM dashboard. However, this can only be done using JS and I do not code.
So. Second best option is to display accounts that have notes regarding.
My account entity has the owner set to team and most accounts were created by "system" and modifiedby "web app user"
I would like to display the team administrator (User) of the accounts which have new notes inputted.
So, I create the view within the account entity, add note regarding filter, add team administrator column, go to chart and try to display it... and I get a chart render error.
Which is weird because it works fine when I use the related entity of createdby but when I use the "owning team" related entity there is a render error.
Has anyone run into this or can help me with this?
I am taking a stab in the dark and thinking it is related to the relationship between account and owner or owningteam but am unsure
Are you using CRM On-premise or CRM online ? If it's CRM on-premise, then I would like to inform you that this was a known issue in v9 and got fixed recently. To resolve this issue, you can download and install latest update rollup for v9 and you can download it from here - https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=101087
